A case where the customer was able to visually confirm dust and discover the cause of foreign matter contamination.
This is a case where we solved problems related to foreign matter contamination measures at a food manufacturing site. We aimed to thoroughly implement measures against foreign matter contamination to further improve quality. Despite the absence of visible dust, there were concerns about foreign matter contamination, and the customer consulted us at Kamata Industries without finding a solution. We proposed a specialized light to visualize and make dust visible. We delivered a user-friendly size of the specialized light, allowing the customer to confirm the visualization of dust themselves, discover the causes of foreign matter contamination, and achieve their goal of quality improvement (measures against foreign matter contamination).
